Minimum Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferred.

Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with office equipment (printers, copiers, scanners).
Analytical mindset with a customer-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team effort.
Good time management skills with a sense of urgency.
Knowledge of international trade terms and business.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, calls, and mail).
Maintain and update office records, including filing and archiving documents.
Assist in preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.Data Management:Input and update data in office management systems or databases.
Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of employee and company information.Office Supplies Management:Monitor inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for deliveries and invoice processing.Meeting Coordination:Assist in organizing meetings, appointments, and events.HR Support:Maintain and update employee records, including attendance and leave.
Support onboarding processes by preparing induction materials and coordinating with new hires.
Assist in drafting HR-related documents such as offer letters, contracts, and memos.
Help in organizing HR activities, such as employee engagement events and training sessions.Compliance and Procedures:Ensure adherence to company policies and administrative procedures.
Support compliance with local labor laws and company regulations.Ad-Hoc Duties:Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management or superior.Working Conditions:
