Junior Hr & Admin (Mandarin Speaker)

Details of the offer

-Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties


-Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Department


-To handle systematic filling system, safe keeping of private and confidential documents


-Maintain and update employee records


-Process documentation and prepare reports relating to employee activities (recruitment, grievances etc)


-Ensure timely resolution to employee queries by deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations


-Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, etc)


-Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews


-Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees


-Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails


-Support and assist in organizing and implementing staff engagement activities/employee relations programmes.


-To undertake other ad-hoc corporate assignments as maybe required by the management from time to time

; Requirements:-



-Possess minimum Degree in Human Resource / Business Management / Business Study / Business Admin / Psychology and any equivalent.


-Fresh graduates are welcome. 1 - 2 years experience as HR generalist will be added advantage.


-Basic knowledge in labour law, statutory requirements, and HR best practices.


-Good communication skills, spoken and written in English and Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin.


-Able to work independently with less supervisory


-Able to work under pressure and meet the deadline


-Initiative, proactive and positive work attitude
