Job DescriptionAssist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Department
Handle systematic filing system and safe keeping of private and confidential documents
Maintain and update employee records
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to employee activities (recruitment, grievances, etc.)
Ensure timely resolution to employee queries by dealing with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, etc.)
Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
Conduct initial orientation for newly hired employees
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
Support and assist in organizing and implementing staff engagement activities/employee relations programs
Undertake other ad-hoc corporate assignments as may be required by management from time to time
Job RequirementsPossess a minimum Degree in Human Resource / Business Management / Business Study / Business Admin / Psychology or any equivalent
Fresh graduates are welcome; 1 - 2 years experience as HR generalist will be an added advantage
Basic knowledge in labour law, statutory requirements, and HR best practices
Good communication skills, spoken and written in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin
Able to work independently with less supervision
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Initiative, proactive, and positive work attitude
