Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)

We are looking for a Senior Executive or equivalent talent who specializes in recruitment and employee disciplines (retailing/pharmacies) to handle employee affairs as the HRBP for a specific region.
Recruitment & Business Partnering
Communicates and works closely with internal and external stakeholders by initiating recruitment strategies for hiring requirements and manpower planning.
Identifies and grows effective recruitment channels and platforms that can attract the right talents and skillsets.
In charge of the full recruitment process for the specific region/area, ensuring the right person is in the right place.
Handles employee issues such as counseling, grievance handling, investigation, and inquiry for the specific region/area.
Works with C&B for attractive hiring packages and perks.
Prepares reports and is involved in HRIS recruitment modules.
Employer Branding
Develops and collaborates with universities and colleges by participating in career fairs, career talks, or events.
Manages social networking by constantly updating internal programs, activities, and vacancies for talent pipeline and employer branding.
HR Administration
Maintains accuracy for new joiner's data entry in the system and handles employee personnel file documentation.
Acts as the SPOC for regional office administration.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity, with experience in HR business partnering and multiple HR functions.
Customer service centric, with good consultancy skills and demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels in the organization.
Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferably multi-lingual in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
