Daily ResponsibilitiesEHSMS documentation for internal auditAssist in Equipment buy off (checklist/document compilationAssist in Chemical evaluation and WI reviewWeekly EHS walkthrough /linewalk and reportingAssist in coordination of ERT and training program (includes improve existing training material if needed)Assist in coordination with external competent person such as ergo technical assessment, HIRARCCoordinate medical surveillance with employees, arrangement with inhouse clinic, review medical results with OHD, continue monitor to improve employee health pertaining to workplace hazard exposure (eg: chemical, radiation, laser, etc)Permit/license tracking /update and familiar with gov system (Mykkp, eSWIS, AELB).Digitalization of EHS operation (support LEAN/continuous improvement ideas)Improve EHS awareness through communication / poster monthlyReview/verify waste data on weekly basisOthers: thorough follow up findings closure with stakeholder for improvement (eg: findings from linewalk, action item from Equipment buy off, EHS monitoring such as CHRA, LEV, Noise, chimney and findings from internal audits)Working Details:Mon to Fri, 8am-5pmNo Overtime requiredActive walking is requiredGood communication in Mandarin and English is required to work with counterpartsRequirements:Degree in EHS field or any engineering backgroundMicrosoft office tools (power point, excel and words) Microsoft sharepoint, power aps, or other online tool will be added advantages/ demonstrate digital mindsetAble to accept outsource placement based on project needs
