**Position: Junior Human Resource****Salary: RM2,000- RM2,500****Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM****Working Days: Monday - Friday****Location: Rawang, Selangor**1) Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.2) Maintain and update employee records in our HRIS (Human Resource Information System) database.3) Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation activities, including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.4) Assist with employee offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews and processing termination paperwork.5) Support HR initiatives such as employee engagement surveys, performance evaluations, and training programs.6)Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other related matters.7) Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.8) Help maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.9) Assist with various HR projects and initiatives as needed.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday
