This position involves leading and overseeing the inspection, maintenance, repair, and installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
Responsible for attending to customer complaints and executing repair, troubleshooting, problem analysis, investigations, etc.

Support local service operation and global service operation as required.
Attend to customer warranty matters.
Effectively manage relationships with end users, contractors, authorized dealers, authorized distributors, regional offices, or manufacturer's representatives.
Carry out site investigations, service, troubleshooting, commissioning, repair, retrofit, etc.
Lead in addressing site problems with appropriate departments, recommend solutions, corrective measures, or next course of action and prepare comprehensive field service reports.
Provide technical assistance, guidance, and training to local and overseas dealers as required.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Additional / Skills Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
At least 1-2 years of working experience, preferably in HVAC or electrical.
Applicants must be willing to travel overseas when required.
Applicants must be willing to work in Kota Damansara.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Basic knowledge of HVAC principles, equipment, controls, and components.
Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems.
Training provided.
