Junior Inventory Control Executive

Job Responsibilities:
Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures.
Inspect the levels of business supplies to identify shortages.
Ensure product stock is adequate for all outlets and can cover direct demand from customers.
Use software to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory.
Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus.
Evaluate suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals and maintain trust relationships.
Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure business goals are met.
Report to Inventory Manager on stock levels, issues, etc.
Manage inventory accuracy through monitoring daily warehouse activities, cycle counts, stock take, expiry dates, and auditing to verify results.
Assist in managing logistics to ensure timely receipt of products and goods to the warehouses and outlets.
Conduct daily analysis to solve inventory problems.
