Job DescriptionEnsure sound delivery of technical services, drive performance and reliability from software and infrastructure on behalf of the company.
Provide a mixture of preventative support as well as integration activity around Windows Server environment, VMWare, Hyper-V, Virtual Box, ProxMDX and more.
Subject matter expert and advocate to fellow team members on making reliable technical decisions around supporting and deploying services and engineering complex systems that run some of our customer's business critical systems.
Develop and manage the company's compliance roadmap.
IT InfrastructureMaintain and monitor all network, security and computer systems to meet the company's current and future requirements.
Responsible for management, maintenance and architecture of storage, servers, network devices and productivity tools.
Monitor systems and identify performance issues proactively.
Test changes to networks, hardware and software.
Monitor service delivery compliance to budget, quality standards and customer and business stakeholder requirements.
Cater to doing infrastructure coordination related to design and setup activities at different stages of a project.
Resolve issues and prepare status reviews and reports.
Maintain the necessary project plans and documentation of all system builds and modifications.
Maintain a good working knowledge of current infrastructure and future trends.
Security and ComplianceResearch, identify and implement security solutions as well as perform computer and network security vulnerability assessments and scans to identify, evaluate and mitigate security risks, threats and vulnerabilities.
Develop and execute the internal compliance testing program, including the risk assessment, internal IT compliance reviews, and remediation testing of issues identified.
Analyze test results, report review observations and ensure acceptable solutions are developed to mitigate risks.
Computer Services HelpdeskMonitor and oversee the Technical Support Engineers.
Analyze problems (both technical and operational) and arrive at workable solutions.
Job RequirementsGood knowledge of Internet Routing, Registries, and IP address and Networking technologies such as DNS, DHCP, FTPS, VLAN, WAN.
Proficient in Linux, SQL, Microsoft Visio design and documentation software.
Experience on Firewall, NSG, Application Gateway, Auto-scaler and Load Balancer.
Exceptional analytical and technical skills.
Understanding and adaptation of network security concepts with experience of maintaining converged network solutions.
Thorough knowledge of various operating systems such as Windows Server OS, Linux, Unix, Solaris, AIX, and Cloud-related infra such as AWS, Azure and GCP.
Experience in deploying/supporting various Endpoint security solution & tools such as AV, DLP, EDR etc is certainly welcomed.
