Conveyancing Lawyer:Responsible for liaising with clients, developers, bankers, and various government bodies.
Handle sub-sales, loan (including company loan), discharge, perfection of charge, perfection of transfer, and other conveyancing matters.
Maintain and update file status on operating system.
Chambering Student:Assist Master in handling files including conducting legal searches, preparing corporate agreements, and attending daily clerical work.
Be responsible and computer literate.
Demonstrate dedication to work.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently under minimum supervision (not applicable to Chambering Student position) and be meticulous.
Dedicated and responsible towards the job.
