Job Description:
Junior Lawyer (Conveyancing)
• To handle Projects, Subsales, Perfection, Discharge, Loan documentations and other conveyancing related matters.
• To draft and vet agreements and documents.
• To attend signings for sale and purchase agreement and loan documents.
• To attend clients, state authorities, correspondences and any relevant authorities.
• To handle any other duties assigned as and when required.
Pupil In Chamber
• Pupillage and guidance under Partner.
• Opportunity to be exposed to other areas of law such as Real Estate, Conveyancing and Litigation.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Junior Lawyer (Conveyancing)
• 1-year related experience in conveyancing required.
• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in law and a valid Practicing Certificate.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Well versed with basic laws & legal procedures.
• Good in legal research, critical thinking and time management.
• Have decent interpersonal skills, team player, and responsible.
• Able to work independently with a high degree of professionalism and integrity.
Pupil In Chamber
• Recognized academic and professional qualifications for legal practice in Malaysia.
• Written and spoken proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possess strong sense of responsibility and urgency.
• Willing to learn.
