Junior Lawyer
(Training provided) (Salary negotiable upon confirmation)
Job Scope:
1.
To attend to litigation matters (and/or conveyancing matters such as SPA, loan documentation, auctions, etc.)
as and when required.
2.
To prepare cause papers, submissions, bundles of documents, and other related documents as and when required.
3.
To attend case management, trial, and hearing with minimal supervision as and when required.
4.
To draft and vet agreements including but not limited to Sale & Purchase Agreement, Tenancy Agreement, and/or Corporate Agreement as and when required.
5.
To attend to stamp office, land office, and related government bodies as and when required.
6.
To attend signing with clients at/outside office as and when required.
7.
Any other ad-hoc work as and when required or instructed to do so.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1.
Must possess Bachelor's Degree in Law.
2.
Admitted to the Malaysian Bar.
3.
1-2 years' experience in civil litigation (Conveyancing experience is a plus as the firm is a hybrid).
4.
Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English (both spoken and written).
5.
Must possess own transportation.
6.
Fees to match experience.
7.
Good research skills.
8.
Sufficient computer skills.
9.
Able to work independently under minimal supervision, reliable and responsible.
10.
Diligent, work smart, and highly motivated.
11.
Able to meet tight deadlines and possess good drafting skills.
12.
Able to work as part of a team or independently.
13.
Able to meet the challenges of working in a results-oriented team.
14.
Willing to learn and adapt quickly; work provided will change over time.

Office located at Seksyen U12, Shah Alam.
