• To handle SPA and loan files for direct purchase with the developer and sub-sale
• Corresponding, attending and communicating with clients, developers, bankers, lawyers and various government bodies
• To monitor and follow up closely on the progress for all ongoing files
• To ensure compliance with all relevant timelines, procedures, laws and regulations
• Provide support in client meetings and court proceedings, stay updated on legal developments, and participate in training and development programs.Qualifications and Requirements:
• Recently admitted to the bar or up to 2 years of experience
• Strong academic background in law
• Willingness to learn and grow within the firm
• Responsible, self-motivated and able to multitask
• Able to work independently and as part of a team with other clerks
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
