Job Description:
Includes:Handling conventional and Islamic banking and finance matters (including drafting the relevant transaction documents and preparing the drawdown/disbursement advices)
Advising clients on compliance with the Companies Act 2016, the National Land Code and the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad
Qualifications and Requirements:
1-2 years of PQE in the above areas
Good communication and drafting skills
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Able to work on weekends and travel outstation, where necessary
Able to start immediately
