Job Description:
To handle SPA/ Loan Agreements and other documents relating to conveyancing matters (for sub-sale matters).
Required to monitor and follow-up closely with all assigned conveyancing files, attending to client correspondence, preparing status report and other related conveyancing work.
To update financier's online system regularly.
Raise payment vouchers and invoices.
Any other ad hoc assignments as required.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Positive working attitude with good interpersonal skills.
Highly motivated and willing to learn.
Possess general skills in Microsoft.
Basic conveyancing knowledge is an added advantage.
Salary and benefits will commensurate with experience.
