Job DescriptionThe Junior Managers Program is designed to groom potential future management staff who are able to contribute to the success of the company. This is an 18 to 24 months program where you will be assigned to different functions within the organization or complete required assignments in your functional area, which could include one assignment abroad. This will give you the breadth of experience and exposure to help you move into a management role in the mid to long term within the assigned division.

Qualifications• Master's Degree in Supply Chain or Operations Management;
• At least 2 years of professional working experience, preferably in an MNC environment;
• Experience in business processes in the supply chain;
• Self-driven and possess leadership skills in leading a team;
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Mature, dynamic, flexible, resourceful, team leader, independent, persistent, committed, willing to learn, and result-oriented;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint, with an aptitude for figures;
• Proficient in English and Malay, both in writing and orally; and
• Willingness to travel abroad for short-term assignments.
