We are seeking a Junior Marketing Associate to support our marketing team in executing and optimizing marketing strategies.
This role is perfect for recent graduates passionate about marketing and eager to learn in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, web, etc.).
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, blogs, and newsletters.
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Direct report to CEO to create visually appealing marketing materials and perform other duties as assigned.
Support the organization and promotion of online events, webinars, and product launches.
Maintain and update the company's CRM system with accurate and up-to-date customer information.
Assist in managing and analyzing social media accounts, including scheduling posts and engaging with followers.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, MailChimp) is a plus.
Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
Basic knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Enthusiastic about learning and growing in the marketing field.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong analytical skills to assess marketing data and metrics.
