• Compile lists describing parts, training, solutions or service offerings.
• Building Marketing functions at TCS and foresee the growth requirements throughout the process.
• Online Marketing – Lead Generation, User Experience.
Designing and assisting in upload new contents to TCS E-commerce platform, Amazon, Ebay, Alibaba, and other platforms to maximize sales and bring maximum traffic to TCS E-commerce platform.
• Improve search engine optimization and ensure high traffic to the TCS Recruit platform & TCS spare parts E-store.
• Voice of customer – understand and analyze customer needs.
• Voice of sales – gather feedback on use cases, selection criteria and functionality required.
• Segmentation and targeting – document and communicate high-level business requirements for each product, service, solution or segment.
• Story telling – demonstrated ability to generate compelling stories and possess the innate ability to make the complex simple.
• Benchmarking – maintain competitive fact base; including competitor size, successes, service/parts/solutions offerings, positioning, price structure, etc.
• Brand – Ensure all aspects of business are on brand, consistent, focused on customer outcomes, and employ best marketing practices.
• Marketing investment allocation strategy, analytics strategy.
• Data analysis, project management, reporting and communications, ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Reporting tools for Sales and Marketing analytics (e.g.
Web analytics, social monitoring, business intelligence and forecasting tools).
• Complete sales-related and marketing administrative projects that include running marketing and sales reports, conducting research on companies and other assignments in database.
• Direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing and sales staff.
• Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote parts, trainings, solutions and services.
• Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.
• Knowledge of paid advertising (Google Ads, social media ads).
