Junior Merchandiser

-Plan merchandise strategic launches and promotions and determine pricing strategy.


-Source/develop new items and negotiate prices with suppliers.


-Assist in developing optimum product mix, market research, market competitor analysis, and data analysis.


-Sales forecasting, budget management, and sales performance analysis reports.


-Monitor and implement effective inventory control.


-Identify problems and propose an improvement plan.


-Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Merchandising Manager.

-Preferably, those with household or furniture product knowledge will be an added advantage.


-Willing to travel locally and overseas.


-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English.


-Mandarin speakers will be an added advantage.


-At least 2-3 years of working experience, in purchasing/sales or marketing/designing.


-Junior level is encouraged to apply with strong mathematics backgrounds.


-Preferably specializing in merchandise or equivalent.
