JOB OVERVIEW:
As a Junior Designer (Level 2), you will play a key role in supporting the creative team in conceptualizing and producing visual materials for various digital and print platforms. Under the guidance of senior designers and creative leads, you will contribute to the development of creative concepts, assist in executing design projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design solutions that align with brand guidelines and objectives. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist senior designers and creative leads in the execution of design projects across digital and print mediums, including websites, social media graphics, email campaigns, print collateral, and moreParticipate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas and concepts to projects.Create and refine design concepts, graphics, layouts, and visual elements based on project requirements and feedback.Support in the production of design deliverables, ensuring they are completed on time and meet quality standards.Maintain awareness of current design trends, techniques, and best practices to continually improve your skills and contribute innovative ideas.Assist in maintaining and organizing digital assets, including file management and version control.Adapt designs for various platforms and formats while ensuring consistency across all channels.Seek feedback and proactively implement revisions to improve design quality and effectiveness.Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment by supporting fellow team members and sharing knowledge.JOB REQUIREMENTS:
A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experienceProficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with other relevant tools.Basic understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.Creative thinking and a passion for design, with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow design briefs and guidelines accurately.Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlinesExcellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.Summary of role requirements:Flexible hours available
