The design of a new submarine, a radical FPSO conversion, or a complex system integration: as a Junior Naval Architect/Designer at Nevesbu, you will work on the most technically complex projects. These are projects that not even the smartest engineers can simply just solve. As a Junior Naval Architect/Designer, you will work out technical specifications and draw up designs. You will be responsible for different types of calculations like Stability, Speed-power/Resistance, Weight management, and Hydro-structural analyses. You make 2D drawings and 3D models. You will be involved in the complete conceptual and basic design of various ships and perform Inclining tests and Deadweight surveys, as well as on-board laser scans.

Job RequirementsYou must have a bachelor/master degree in Naval Architecture or similar and preferably at least 2 years of work experience and specialist knowledge of concept and basic design. You love diversity in projects, so as far as you are concerned, it doesn't matter if you are working on a submarine, a floating offshore unit, or a special vessel. We also expect that you continuously keep yourself up-to-date with the latest developments and will actively help us, as a company, to participate herein.
