We're looking for a proactive Junior Operations Assistant to help manage the day-to-day tasks of our unique business.

Position: Junior Operations Assistant
Location: Nilai, Negeri Sembilan
Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the daily care and maintenance of exotic fish, including tank cleaning, feeding, and monitoring fish health.

Support inventory management by tracking stock levels and preparing orders for shipment.

Help with packaging and shipping of live fish, ensuring all safety and regulatory guidelines are followed.

Provide administrative support by managing records of fish sales, orders, and customer inquiries.

Assist in handling customer service inquiries, ensuring a high level of satisfaction with our products and services.

Work with the Operations Manager to ensure smooth running of all logistics, including tank setup, maintenance schedules, and deliveries.

Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment for both staff and fish.

Support team members in the preparation for customer appointments, trade shows, and other promotional events.

Qualifications:

Strong interest or background in the fish/aquarium industry, or a passion for learning about rare and exotic species.

Previous experience in retail, logistics, or warehouse operations is a plus, but not required.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

A keen eye for detail, especially when handling live products.

Willingness to learn about the care and handling of rare fish species.

Basic computer skills to manage inventory and track orders.

Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
