Junior Product Developer (Automotive)

Job Description: Perform data analysis and test reporting from external/ internal testing coordination required for Automotive OEM approvals. Assist Sales team with Customer's project and compound related matters where necessary including documentation and reporting. Research and develop new TPE products to meet new requirement(s) and customer specification. Develop custom engineered solutions for APAC Automotive market products. Troubleshoot and provide sound technical advice to production team for internal & external claims as well as product improvement to ensure product quality consistency and continuous improvement. Assist in raw materials substitution and cost saving projects of assigned portfolio compounds for Automotive market. Job Requirements: Minimum Degree in Engineering (Chemical/ Polymer/ Materials), Chemistry, Science & Technology or its equivalent. 2 years of R&D experience or its equivalent in a Manufacturing Environment. Working experience in Plastic industry be an added advantage. Fresh graduates of relevant discipline with analytical background are welcomed to apply. Technical background in ideally; Engineer or Chemist will have an added advantage. Proficiency in Mandarin and English is preferred as the role requires interaction with Clients and KRAIBURG TPE counterparts in Mandarin. Fundamental proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
