Junior Production Supervisor

Responsibilities:Supervise and manage resources to achieve production target, quality, yield, output, and cost goals.
Manage the performance, motivation, and satisfaction of the Production team and processes to ensure key quality, output, and efficiency.
Conduct equipment and materials inspection as per checklist.
Prepare production reports for management and other sections/departments as required.
Manage rework, scrap, and general wastage in Production.
Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, procedures, and instructions.
Monitor and review metrics regularly and be responsible for initiating, implementing, and working closely with relevant parties to drive continuous improvement.
Any other tasks that may be assigned.
Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
Fresh graduates with an engineering background are welcome.
Individuals with 1 – 2 years of working experience in the related field are also encouraged to apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with problem-solving abilities.
Mandarin-speaking candidates are required to deal with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
Working Hours:Mon – Thurs (8:30 am - 6:00 pm)
Friday (8:30 am - 6:30 pm)
Saturday & Sunday off
Office Hours:Monday - Friday
