Job Responsibilities:
? Coordinate and oversee projects from start to completion
? Plan, organize and track work schedule to ensure timely delivery of target milestones
? Communicate and liaise with clients and internal teams to consolidate and validate the requirements of the project
? Manage changes in project scope proactively
? Maintain project administration and documentation
? Identify potential problems and devise contingency plans to minimize project risks

? 1-2 years of project management experience in an advertising, agency, production house is preferred.
? Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
? Resourceful, creative, able to work independently or as a team.
? Fluent in English. Mandarin is a plus.
? Experience in communicating with clients, managing projects, handling deadlines and budget.
