Junior Project Manager, Business Operations (Strategy & Project Management)

Project Management:


-Lead and coordinate project/client initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with project/client goals and objectives.


-Carry out project plans, timelines, and schedules, ensuring tasks are completed within defined deadlines.


-Monitor project progress and proactively address any delays, keeping all stakeholders informed.


-Ensure resource allocation is optimized and manage the project scope to meet project/client requirements.
Team Management:


-Organizing team progress, scheduling meetings, and ensuring team members are aware of their tasks


-Be a point of contact for the team, addressing any questions or concerns under the guidance of senior team members.


-Identify and address issues faced by team members, providing guidance and solutions as needed.


-Report on team performance, project status, and challenges to senior management.


-Drive a culture of accountability and high performance across project teams.
Smart and Solution-Oriented:


-Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in overcoming project challenges.


-Think strategically to identify potential risks and develop contingency plans.


-Be proactive in suggesting process improvements or optimizations to enhance project efficiency.
Transport Requirements:


-The role requires the use of personal transport for commuting to meetings and project locations.

-Previous experience in a similar role is preferred 


-Strong communication and linguistic skills in English and Malay


-Excellent Microsoft Office skills; especially Excel and PowerPoint.


-Solid problem solving and critical thinking skills.


-Resourceful with a high level of initiative.


-Ability to multi-task several projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment
