Tasks & Responsibilities
Junior Executive
Monitor stock levels and analyze forecast inputs, ensuring timely communication and negotiation with suppliers.
Place and track purchase orders, liaising with departments at all levels to meet operational needs.
Coordinate the planning and delivery of stocks from suppliers, ensuring on-time arrival of parts and materials from our principal in China.
Ensure adequate stock levels to support operational requirements while minimizing waste in product areas.
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date stock management system.
Uphold processes and records relevant to the Operations Department.
Assist in the organization and planning of store stock.
Support the daily operations of the Inventory Division.
Address and resolve any supplier-related complaints regarding delivery, quality, and service.
Input and update stock information and pricing in the ERP system.
Participate in biannual stock takes every June and December.
Match supplier invoices for management payment approval.
Assistant
Responsible for the ordering of materials and follow up on orders to ensure that materials are delivered on agreed delivery rate.
Liaise with approved suppliers to check product specifications, stock availability, pricing, delivery, etc.
Attend to any complaints on the supplier's delivery, quantity and services.
Input and update stock information and pricing in ERP system.
Liaise with Inventory Dept on Inventory Control. Support daily operation of Inventory Dept.
Match supplier invoice for payment approval.
Monitor monthly crane maintenance report from ERP system.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Commerce, Business Admin, Management, Economics or equivalent.
Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office.
Proficient in written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
1-2 years of working experience in Purchasing, Inventory. Experience working in the construction company will be an added advantage.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (for Assistant position).
