Job Responsibility
-Assist Lead Auditor on yearly internal and/or external quality / ISO audit programs.
-Assist Lead Auditor to coordinate yearly internal and/or external ESG certification programs.
-Perform routine checks and initiative to ensure facilities / premises conforms to health and safety guidelines.
-Perform checks at internal / external staging areas to ensure product quality inspection / checklist are met.
-Strive for the effectiveness of the organizational quality management system. Ensure QMS is consistent and aligned with the context and strategic direction of the organization / business.
-Perform inspection procedures for incoming / outgoing goods in accordance to quality method and plan.
-Maintain a system of records, and initiate action / closure for of all internal / external NCR / CAP.
-Strive to ensure all departments conform to proper business processes, and use of forms for continuous improvement in traceability, quality and customer excellence.
-Work closely with project delivery departments to ensure quality deliverables and services are in line with business policies.
-Work closely with project delivery departments to ensure technical records are documented, organized and safe kept for audit purposes / future traceability.
-Work closely with operation department to ensure key vendor / supplier provides the best value, quality and services to the business.
-Work closely with sales / marketing department to ensure continuous improvement of customer needs and feedback.
-Work closely with relevant departments to achieve their yearly QMS key performance index.

; Requirements:- Job Qualification/Requirement
-Diploma in Business administration, Engineering , Quality management, industrial technology and applied science.
-Well verse with Ms Office.
-Posses own transport/willing to travel.
-preferable fresh graduate or Junior Executive specialized in Quality Control / Assurance or equivalent.
-proficient in both English and Malay.
-Able to work in Fast paced environment/project cycle.
-Able to work independently and as team to achieve results.
-Team spirited, responsible and initiative with positive work attitude.
-Strong attention to detail, open minded and adaptable.
