Job Responsibilities: -Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates for projects, considering materials, labor, and other related expenses.
-Support in analysing project specifications and drawings to determine quantity take-offs.
-Help in developing and managing project budgets while ensuring cost control.
-Assist in the tendering process, including preparing bills of quantities and tender documentation.
-Maintain and update project documentation, including material requests and procurement records.
-Collaborate with designers and project managers to meet project objectives.
-Perform ad hoc duties as required for project support and completion.

-0-2 years of experience in quantity surveying (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
-Proficiency in MS Office; strong analytical and mathematical skills.
-Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an advantage.
-Positive attitude, proactive mind-set, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
-Strong communication and teamwork skills.
-Open to constructive feedback and continuous improvement.
-Willing to work in Kota Damansara.
