Job DescriptionSupport in developing, designing, and conducting experiments, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
Assist in the formulation, development, and testing of new products, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer requirements.
Conduct tests, collect data, and provide detailed reports on findings to support ongoing research and development activities.
Maintain thorough documentation of experiments, methodologies, and results.
Prepare regular reports for internal stakeholders.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, and marketing, to ensure research findings are successfully implemented into product development.
Ensure all R&D activities comply with regulatory and safety standards.
Monitor the latest trends in R&D, market demands, and competitor products to provide insights and recommendations for potential innovations.
Maintain lab equipment and materials, ensuring they are in good working condition.
Prepare materials and resources for experiments.
Conduct product testing and provide feedback for improvements and optimization.
Involve in sourcing and purchasing of material, ingredients and equipment for R&D use.
Perform any ad-hoc task required by the management.
Job RequirementsDiploma / Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology/ Nutrition/ Food Engineering/ Food Science or in any related field
1-2 years food manufacturing working experience in developing frozen food or similar products
Meticulous, attention to detail, hands-on and willing to take additional responsibilities
Innovative, creative, idealistic and passion in food research and development
Excellent interpersonal and communication skill with the ability to work under diverse cultures
Independent, highly organized and good multi-tasking skill to adapt in fast paced environment
Possess own transport
Candidates that can converse fluently in English, Malay and Mandarin is preferred
