Duties and Responsibilities:
Fills vacancies with suitable talents;
Plans and implements recruitment activities (job board, newspaper, career fairs, campus recruitment, walk-in interviews, etc.
);
Designs job ads, recruitment marketing communication materials, and publicizes career opportunities to attract the right talents;
Implements the company's social media presence and online marketing program to promote job openings and career opportunities at the company;
Screens resumes and shortlists candidates;
Carries out sourcing, selection, and offer procedures and processes;
Coordinates arrangements for pre-employment medical check-ups;
Maintains and updates job requirements and job descriptions, resume bank for all positions from time to time;
Liaises with employment agencies on recruitment matters;
Maintains an accurate record of recruitment activity;
Handles employee onboarding processes such as new employee orientation, lodge arrangements, etc.

Any other tasks assigned by your superiors.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Good communication skills, energetic, proactive, organizing, and analytical skills.
One (1) year contract only.
