Junior Regional It Support

Job Responsibilities
- Provide remote desktop support to regional corporate customer accounts
- Provide remote server and other hardware support to regional customers
- Manage IT hardware & application records for the customers
- Process customer IT tickets timely and professionally
- Coordinate with onsite engineers in other ASEAN countries for overseas onsite tasks
- Provide ad-hoc onsite support for in Malaysia
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
- Basic knowledge and competency in use of Windows or Mac OS
- Very good work attitude to support well with the customers and partners
- Very good work initiative and efficiency to get things done on customer's usual and urgent tasks
- No experience is required
- IT Certifications trainings will be provided for continuous learning and development
