Junior Regional It Support

Work with the Regional Support Centre team to provide IT support services to corporate customers in Southeast Asia.
Job ResponsibilitiesProvide remote level 1 desktop support to regional corporate customer accounts
Provide remote level 1 server and other hardware support to regional customers
Manage IT hardware & application records for the customers
Process customer IT tickets timely and professionally
Coordinate with onsite engineers in other ASEAN countries for overseas onsite tasks
Provide ad-hoc onsite support for in Malaysia
Job RequirementsDiploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
Fundamental knowledge and competency in use of Windows and Linux
Very good work attitude to support well with the customers and partners
Very good work initiative and efficiency to get things done on customer's usual and urgent tasks
Fresh graduates, and candidates with limited experiences are welcome to apply
