Job Description Open Position: Junior Sales Executive A reputable manufacturing company is looking to hire a Junior Sales Executive to join their sales team based in their Batu Caves office. Key responsibilities include: Holds a certificate/diploma in business or marketing or similar field and with more than 2 years' work experience in the freight forwarding industry.Prepare and ensure shipping documents such as Delivery Orders, Invoices, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Marine Insurance Policy, Bill of Landing, Covering Letter, Form D are in order.Communicate and negotiate with customers on pricing, product technical details and quality problems.Ensure all shipments are sufficiently insured against marine risk, coordinate shipping arrangements, report abnormalities and propose counter-measures.Proficiency in both writing and speaking of English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin is compulsory.
