Junior Sales Manager Location: Shah Alam Apply nowWhat you can expect The Sales Manager understands customer needs and develops customer relationships, continuously expanding business by selling value and solutions including technical, commercial, and legal aspects.What you will bringCreating and implementing sales strategies in accordance with ROSEN's Vision and Mission.
Recognizing and achieving goals, initiatives, and core values as defined by ROSEN.
Identifying and developing new service, product, and solution opportunities.
Maintaining and expanding relations with existing and new clients.
Fulfilling Sales Manager tasks in accordance with Uniform Process (UP).
Generating and achieving sales and revenue goals by increasing customer satisfaction and market share.
Forecasting and tracking assigned clients' sales figures.
Evaluating market trends and gathering competitive information to identify trends affecting current and future growth of regional sales and profitability.
Receiving ROSEN product and service training.
Maintaining established ROSEN business software systems.
Acting as a central point of contact for and leading the proposal realization process.
Preparation of proposals and contracts based on client and/or sales manager input.
Liaising with related business, operational, and supporting functions/roles to ensure the cost of products and services quoted are clearly defined and optimized.
Ensuring completeness and accuracy of contracts/POs.
Assessing project risks together with Legal Specialists.RequirementsMinimum 2 years of relevant experience (in a commercial role e.g., marketing, sales, or proposals).
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business.
Able to read, write, and speak Chinese(provide support in China Market) .
Good communication skills.
Ability to travel.
Skilled in negotiation, effective listening & questioning, understanding trade-offs and costs to ROSEN, balancing client needs when tailoring offers to customers.
Compliance with current sales processes & systems to make win/win sales, able to make improvements and demonstrate the ability to convert to new business.
