Junior Sales / Sales Coordinator

-Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies and marketing campaigns.


-Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.


-Monitor sales performance metrics and generate regular reports for management review.


-Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth execution of sales processes and customer satisfaction.


-Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.


-Prepare and manage sales documents, inventory tracking and filing.


-Attend to walk in customer and handle pos payment.


Work hours: 9.00AM - 6.00PM | 5.5 days per week (alternate Saturday)

-Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.


-Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar administrative role.


-Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.


-Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

-Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
