Job Requirements
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree or minimum Diploma inSecretarial Practice or equivalent .
At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
Good time management, driven to get job done & proactive in identifying & highlighting urgent issues.
Matured, motivated and able to work independently.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as on-job training will be provided.
Job Description
Provide efficient day-to-day secretarial and administrative support to the Director's office.
Handle all secretarial duties including making appointments, travel and accommodation arrangements e.g.
visa application, flight and hotel reservations, arranging and coordinating business schedules/events and social functions.
Arrange and schedule meetings and appointments, prepare minutes of meetings.
Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management, staff and guests at all times.
Handle multitasking jobs and work under pressure.
Work independently with minimum supervision.
Undertake special assignments and ad hoc duties as necessary.#J-18808-Ljbffr
