Junior/Senior Account Executive (Mandarin Speaking)

You would be required to 



-Prepare monthly and yearly accounts closing


-Ensure timely reporting of monthly financial information


-Prepare sales invoices and monthly debtor statements


-Liaise with auditors and tax agents to ensure matters arising are resolved on a timely and accurate basis


-Prepare payroll payment and statutory contribution payment


-Assist in developing and implementing the monthly account planning and activities


-Prepare full set accounts involving invoices, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets schedule, general journal, Management Report (PandL and Balance Sheets) and reporting to Directors on monthly basis


-Reconcile accounts payable and receivable


-Handle in service tax submission


-Prepare monthly bank reconciliation


-Compute taxes and prepare tax returns, balance sheet, profit/loss statement, etc


-Process payroll, prepare and assisit in any ad-hoc tasks as required

; Requirements:-


-At least 1 year of experience in full sets of accounts closing, fresh graduates are encourgaed to apply.


-Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures


-Hands-on experience with accounting software


-Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables


-Experience with general ledger functions


-Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills


-BSc in Accounting, Finance, or relevant degree
