We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fund Accountant to join our team and support our expanding portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Provide high quality, efficient back-office support services.
Perform the administration work for the fund clients such as fund onboarding, account setup etc.
Perform trade / cash reconciliation, valuation and fee calculations for various fund types.
Prepare periodic Net Asset Valuation (NAV) calculations, prepare financial statements and various reports for regulatory filings.
Perform online payments as per clients' request.
Meet expectations from fund clients and adhere to deadlines.
Compliance & Regulatory Reporting
Ensure all regulatory filings are completed accurately and submitted on time.
Stay up to date on industry regulations, specifically those affecting fund structures.
Investor Services
Perform KYC on investors for subscriptions and redemptions.
Calculate and prepare investor allocations and statements.
Respond to investor enquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Audit Support
Coordinate with auditors during fund audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
Address audit queries and assist in resolving discrepancies.
Prepare draft audited financial statements and workings as per relevant fund accounting standards.

Qualifications requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a business-related field.
1 – 2 years of relevant working experiencein fund administration, audit firm or relevant financial services.
Understanding of fund structures, including hedge funds, private equity, and venture capital.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
Candidates who have Quickbook and fund accounting systems experience will be preferred.
High level of accuracy, detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Fluency in English.
Additional Qualifications:
3 – 5 years of relevant working experiencein fund administration or audit firm with fund audit experience.
Strong understanding of fund structures, including hedge funds, private equity, and venture capital with a focus on jurisdictions such as Singapore, Hong Kong, BVI and Cayman.
Strong knowledge of financial instruments, international accounting standards and fund practices.
Familiarity with common auditing standards is preferred.
Proficiency in fund accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
High level of accuracy, detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Comfortable taking ownership of work and ensuring deliverables when working independently.
Fluency in English and Mandarin.
