Junior Settlement Associate

Reporting:Settlements and Payments Manager
Responsibilities:
Manage client funds deposit and withdrawals among various e-wallet and payment providers.
Prepare transaction records from all payment providers and report daily balance.
Make the daily reconciliation and investigate the variance.
Respond in payment channels and take care of all related enquiries.
Monitor and resolve failed payment transactions and work closely with our Operation Team.
Execute the foreign currency exchange among payment providers, banks, and also crypto platforms.
Research, collect feedback related to payment channels for enhancement on workflow.

Experience & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 1 year of working experience in Forex, Banking, or Settlement.
Good communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Mandarin.
Familiar with computer technology, including Microsoft Office, Windows, and Messenger.
