Monitor relevant keywords, hashtags, industry trends, and competitors to track brand mentions across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and use social media listening tools to gather insights Identify and flag negative comments or crises for escalation Monitor user feedback and sentiments on posts, promotions, or campaigns and measure engagement (likes, comments, shares, retweets) on brand content Report on the performance of paid ads, sponsored posts, and organic content Stay updated on competitor activities, and influencer partnerships in the industry Track KPIs such as impressions, engagement rate, follower growth and reach Summarize data into actionable insights and share with marketing or communications team Monitor for potential PR crises, such as viral negative posts or customer complaints and assist with immediate responses or escalate to senior team member Work closely with the content creation team to provide feedback based on audience reactions Support the marketing team in optimizing social media strategies based on insights gathered Coordinate with customer service teams for handling inquires or complaints flagged via social media Maintain organized records of social media, metrics, logs, and trends Schedule and track content publishing calendars for various platforms Keep track on payment request and delivery
