Junior Stem Coach

Teaching - Primary (Education & Training)
The Junior STEM Coach conducts coding & STEM lessons and assists in hands-on learning activities. They focus on building a supportive learning environment for students, both online and offline classes.
Job Description:
Conduct introductory coding & STEM lessons, focusing on engagement and foundational understanding.
Prepare basic lesson plans and materials, ensuring a smooth and organized class experience.
Provide individual support and feedback to students during activities.
Work with Senior STEM Coaches to continuously improve teaching strategies.
Track student progress and provide regular updates to parents and the team.
Job Requirements:
Interest in STEM education and a passion for teaching.
Experience working with children or young students is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Organizational skills to prepare and deliver classes effectively.
Enthusiasm for learning technical skills through training as needed.
Ability to converse well in 3 languages (English, Malay and Chinese) is an advantage.
Sarawakian, or Malaysian with relevant working permit in Sarawak.#J-18808-Ljbffr
