Junior Talent Acquisition Executive

Details of the offer

-Assist in sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social platforms).


-Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.


-Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.


-Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.


-Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on various platforms.


-Generate reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights to the Department.


-Work closely with the HR team to ensure alignment with company hiring goals.


-Assist in organizing and participating in recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus recruitment drives.


-Ad-hoc task as assigned

-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
