The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to meet our organization's staffing needs.
This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a deep understanding of recruitment best practices.
Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various positions within the organization.
Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct sourcing.
Review resumes, conduct pre-screening interviews, and assess candidate qualifications to determine fit for open positions.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a positive and efficient interview experience for all parties involved.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and candidate preferences.
Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources to expand the candidate pipeline.
Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to track candidate progress, maintain accurate records, and generate recruitment reports as needed.
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
Assist in the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.
Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking activities to promote the organization and attract top talent.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, tools, and best practices.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
Fluent in English and Mandarin is preferred to liaise with Chinese counterparts.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
