Junior Technician (Plating Process Technical

**About our group**:We are a dynamic plate process engineering team that provides technical support and analysis to ensures smooth operation and stability of process.**About the role - you will**:- Execute process trouble shooting and follow up on quality issues- Perform shift rotation routine task and line progress- Prepare the plating chemical for production utilization- Handle raw plating chemical of the reservoir located at the plating line- Process on the sample analysis of Nickel tanks- Work with equipment and process team for continuous improvement and stability of the tool- Perform continuous improvement on process OEE, Lean Manufacturing, safety hazards reduction and cost saving projects- Support Process and Production during the manufacturing of discs by ensuring process flow, specification, procedure, and documentation are in place andaccordance to compliance- Implement effective process control to ensure product and process compliance/conformance**About you**:- Self-motivated and positive working attitude- A good team player with self-initiative and good problem-solving skills- Willing to work in clean room environment- Willing to work according to 12 hours shift pattern, day, and night shift rotation- Fresh Diploma holders in any Engineering field (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical are added advantage) are welcome to apply**Your experience includes**:- 1 to 3 years of hands-on role in plate process and working in cleanroom will be an advantage. Fresh Diploma holder in Engineering field is welcomed to apply- Process quality troubleshooting- Assists Engineer in supporting the process quality improvement**Location**:Located in Johor Bahru's technology park, our office is one of the largest electronics component manufacturers in Johor.
