RESPONSIBILITIES:
Quality Management:
-Verify all stock's quality and amount, place orders or GRNs, and update the system.
-Alert to errors or non-conformities; rectify them right away.
-Verify batch number, production date, and printing details with the Quality Control staff.
-Ascertain all materials are inspected for quality before final production is completed according to standards.
-Accountable for the efficient operation of the HACCP system, carrying out required hazard analyses, addressing concerns about food safety, and updating documentation.
-Handle surveillance and audits, including GMP, HACCP, VHM, GACC, and others.
Regulatory & Export Management:
-Arrange export documentation: CAIQ stickers, export permits, health certificates and others.
-Manage clients and suppliers in China for stock exports to China.
-Monitor closely on the export carton being loaded onto the forwarder's transporter.
Cost Management:
-Evaluate the efficiency of work and cost-benefit ratios, and make recommendations for enhancements.
-Establish a production schedule, control labor and plant resources to achieve goals, minimum lost.
Hygiene Management:
-Check the cleanliness of the EBN output (final product) by workers.
-Monitor employees' personal hygiene and workplace cleanliness.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
-Necessary Functional Skills and Abilities:
-Knowledge or experiences of ISO / GMP / HACCP will be advantageous.
-Able to plan, organise, implement, and supervise daily production activities.
-Dedicated, cautious individual who can meet deadlines and specifications.
-Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
-Willing support in any troubleshooting cases.
Job requirement:
-Fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu & English, able to read & write.
-Cert/Diploma/Degree in Food Science or Production related courses.
-Welcome fresh grad / min SPM+2 years experience in food manufacturing.
-Have your own transport, able to travel when necessary.
-Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm, alternate Saturday 8.30am-1.30pm.
