JOB DESCRIPTION
- Preparation Purchase Order, Quotation, Invoice, Payment Voucher, etc
- Accounting AP / AR
- Dealing with Online, telephone and email enquirers
- Monitoring annual leave and medical leave for all employee for record purpose.
- Maintaining stationery and equipment supplies, organizing and storing paperwork, documents.
- Punctual, Good Discipline, Independent.
- Required language: Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Required skill(s) MS Excel, MS Office n etc
- Managing daily assigned tasks and recording accurate information in accordance to company standard and policies
- Administrative support, assumes book keeping, updating data/filing
-Following up with client to ensure payment/refund/payment is made correctly
-Respond to calls from clients (tenants/investors/owners/suppliers)
- Monitoring datelines and close follow up. Able to work Independently and efficiently
- Mempunyai kemahiran asas dalam bidang perakaunan
- Mahir menggunakan Komputer dan Applikasi seperti MS Words dan Excel.
- Berpengalaman dalam bidang akaun sekurang-kurangnya setahun ke atas atau lebih
- Boleh berinteraksi dan berkomunikasi dengan baik
- mampu bekerja sendiri tanpa pantauan.
Location : Kawasan Perindustrian Gong Badak Kuala Terengganu
