- Basic accounting records and admin work
- Key in sales & expanses in account software
- Perform payment validation
- Prepare & maintaining Filling system
- Prepare monthly financial report
- Perform all banking related duties
- To manage office operation including preparing salary, claims, Service Tax, EPF, Socso, EIS submission & etc
- Maintaining stationery supplies, organisation and storing paperwork and documents
- Must be punctual, good team work and would be able to work independently and under pressure
