Key Account Executive (Fresh Graduate Are Welcome)

Job ResponsibilitiesPerform cold calling to follow up and verify potential leads from social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook) before generating them to the Company's existing consumers.
Ensure the accuracy of potential leads information before sending it to the Company's existing consumers.
Develop positive relationships with potential leads and existing consumers.
Perform the onboarding process for new consumers, handle inbound calls from campaign referrals, and answer all consumer inquiries as they arise.
Record consumer information in the Company's internal system.
Monitor and report campaign status, progress, and reviews to management weekly/monthly.
Regularly follow up with consumers on their campaign listing performance on the Company's website and share the latest campaign plans with consumers when needed.
Discuss renewal opportunities with existing consumers before their subscription contracts end and maintain positive consumer relations with new contract agreements.
Assist overseas consumers in liaising with the translation team for project information when necessary.#J-18808-Ljbffr
