Client Relationship ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.Sales and Business DevelopmentIdentify new business opportunities and strategies to grow accounts.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to close sales and achieve targets.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.Reporting and AnalysisPrepare regular reports on account performance, sales, and trends.
Monitor sales metrics and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and competitive threats.Coordination and CollaborationWork closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Coordinate logistics and resources to meet client demands and expectations.
Handle client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.Budget and Forecast ManagementManage budgets and forecasts for key accounts.
Track spending and provide reports on financial performance.Job Requirements:At least 2 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in a key account or business development role.
Strong understanding of CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Salary Range: RM3500-RM5000
